By renting our electric motocross bikes, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Rental Agreement:
You acknowledge that you are renting the electric motocross bike solely for recreational purposes and agree to operate it in accordance with all safety guidelines provided by our company.

3. Assumption of Risk:
You understand and accept that riding an electric motocross bike carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the operation of the bike.

4. Safety Equipment:
You agree to wear all necessary safety equipment, including helmets, goggles, gloves, and appropriate riding attire, at all times while operating the electric motocross bike.

5. Use of Bike:
You agree to use the electric motocross bike only in designated areas approved by our company and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Liability Waiver:
You release our company, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the rental period, regardless of the cause.

7. Damage to Bike:
You are responsible for any damage to the electric motocross bike that occurs during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. You agree to pay for any repairs or replacement parts required as a result of damage caused by your misuse or negligence.

8. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the electric motocross bike.

9. Reservation Rights:
Our company reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who we believe may pose a risk to themselves or others.

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland.
